At Unlined, we want you to feel good in your essentials. If something doesn’t fit right or you change your mind, returning your order is simple and transparent.
What Can Be Returned
Unworn and unwashed items with original tags intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items that arrive damaged or faulty can be returned at any time for a full refund (with proof of purchase).
What Cannot Be Returned
Items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed.
Sale or discounted items, unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
Contact us at contact@unlined.in or call +91 7754948345 with your order number.
We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and instructions.
Send the item back in its original packaging with tags attached.
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, return your item and place a new order.
